You know the main reason I travel is for food, so obviously I have to share my favorite spots to eat in Santorini!
Must Eat in Santorini, Greece
Our hotel, Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites, was in a very central location with great places to eat all within walking distance. For the dinner we had in Oia, we walked to the public bus stop and took that to and from – it was so easy, and very affordable! Check out my list below, and be sure to add them to your Google Maps.
- Lucky’s Souvlakis
- Amazing gyro’s. There will be a line. You go into the building, all the way back to the register, order and they’ll give you a receipt – take that receipt and then go get in the line. Learn from our mistake!
- Magma City Cafe
- Cute coffee shop & bar tucked away on a side street.
- Coffee Shop Vales
- Offers traditional Greek coffees, as well as options for the Starbucks crowd (they had PSL).
- Ouzeri
- This is an absolute must! We had multiple meals at Ouzeri, and it was recommended to us by locals. Get the fava and the dolmas.
- Ochre
- This spot is in Oia, and it’s off the beaten path. Recommended to us by locals for the great views and food, I’d love to return here. The chicken was delicious, and the restaurant cat is entertaining!
- Kayak Ice Cream
- Another local recommendation, and with 2 locations. I loved that they had vegan options!
- Manos Pastry Shop
- One word: baklava.
